Refund policy

**Return Window**  
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, with all original tags attached.

**Return Process**  
1. Contact us at info@sainistylehub.com with your order number and reason for return.  
2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.  
3. **Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.**

**Refunds**  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

**Non-Returnable Items**  
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and certain jewellery are final sale and cannot be returned.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**  
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately at info@sainistylehub.com so we can resolve the issue.
